When designing each session I took into consideration both (Lloyd & Oliver, 2015) YPD and CYD models.
YPD Model:

This model is split into both female and male versions due to different maturation stage and especially for our age group in year 6, we had to cover a little difference between boys and girls.
CYD Model:

With a follow on from the YPD Model the CYD Model offers a psycho-social aspect to it and how each participant would need to learn on mentally.
